Crashing
- [PS5] Fixed a crash that often occurred when joining a lobby
- Optimized rendering in the mission select screen. This will be most noticeable on PS5 and low end PCs.
Pattern Infusion
- Increased how much upgrade stats are increased from being infused with a larger pattern
- Decreased how much upgrade stats are decreased from being infused with a smaller pattern
Upgrades
- Mycologist’s Eye of the Storm upgrade consumes infection as you fire it. The amount of decay applied by this upgrade is based on how infected you are before you begin firing.
- With Eye of the Storm Equipped, you can still tap the util button to create a Fungal Skewer
- Fixed a typo in Engineered Infection’s description
- Fixed Glider’s Star Fuel upgrade decreasing its fly duration stat instead of increasing it when infused with a larger pattern
- Fixed an issue where health chunks spawned by the Carver’s Sharing Lunch upgrade weren’t healing allies
- Fixed an issue where you couldn’t equip hollow employee upgrades at the same time as a hollow cryo upgrade
Misc
- The Mycologist’s cape is no longer missing
- The Swarm Launcher’s reload animation resets correctly when unequipping the Telepathic Charging skin
- Picking up a new weapon (like in Oxythane Breach) no longer plays the exotic pickup sound for other players
- Snowstorms work correctly in the Ice Floes
- Fixed an issue where if you were holding a barrel and threw your Rocket Lasso it would lasso the barrel back to you
- Renamed the ‘friendly fire’ end of mission stat to ‘self damage’ since the only friendly fire damage you can deal in a mission is self damage
- Fixed some new achievements not retroactively unlocking
- Fixed an issue where controller look speed wasn’t consistent at different FPS
- [PC] Fixed some issues with screen resolution settings
- [PS5] Fixed hat VFX not rendering in the inventory when in singleplayer
- [PS5] Fixed screen tearing due to vsync being disabled
Drop Pod
- Fixed a bug that would sometimes delete the material from certain terminals in the HUB if you had a Drop Pod skin equipped
- Fixed an issue where the Oxythane Drop Pod skin was turning the pod yellow instead of blue. Let’s just chalk it up to colorblindness.
Enemy Intensity
- You may have noticed the options for enemy intensity are GONE, and we may have forgotten to say anything about that in the launch patch notes. With full release (and our previous major update) we’ve been making substantial changes to how enemy swarms spawn and intensity has become more dynamic. The intensity levels actually stopped doing anything along with the Freeze & Fester update, but with full release we finally got around to removing intensity buttons from the game.
- Fixed an issue where enemy intensity levels were still visible in the mission info screen if you open your inventory during a mission
Known Issues
- When joining an in-progress game, a bug can cause your equipped guns to not be audible. If you’re using the Plate Launcher, this also makes the plate not recall correctly.
- Gunship Cannon Prism stats only increase a miniscule amount when infused with a larger pattern
- Hunk garages in Paid Time Off can sometimes spawn partially underground
